Yesterday, I visited the Centre Pompidou, Paris after a long walk around the city including sites such as Notre Dame and Arc de Triomphe. The architecture of the building was very unusual. Inside, out springs to mind with the air con and plumping on the outside, including the escalators.
Although stifling hot, the green house-like escalators were followed by a cool exhibition of Roy Lichtenstein. This exhibition had a great layout, easy to follow minus the incredibly annoying visitors who insisted on taking photos with the artworks.
Definitely a worthwhile visit.
